Exactly, this is the situation. You still didn't appear for TOEFL? I'm still confused if we meet all requirements of international admission office by October ist that we have to, but submit our department documents later, then when will we get admission letter? Your field admissions are open for spring 2014? My degree program is on for this session.

under UESTP program you are not eligible for Fall. this thread is for 90% scholarship dear. you are posting in wrong thread ;)

you can get admission without IELTS but then you have to give cope exam in bilkent but this depends on your professor who will take your interview and department.

uptil now, I have experience non communicative attitude from Bilkent Uni...

email ids of teachers are not approachable etc...


one time complete reply by director of department but next onwards on my queries they get silent etc

Yes admission in Department of Journalism and Communication is available in fall semester and we have to appear in GRE n TOEFL..MS Nausheen said the same thing to me..but there r loads of confusions to deal with....and congratulations for being shortlisted for the scholarship
