I got Acceptance Letter from TU WIEN, Austria and send it to HEC. Their reply is

This is with continuation of my below email, you are also advised to get acceptance letter from the Supervisor of the university where tuition fee should not be involved and the medium of education must be English."[/B]

what does this mean? No tuition fee? How does i know which universities does not demand tuition fee from HEC scholars?

I also talked with Mr. Sohail nad he is really good guy. He said that for Bilkent University HEC will conduct some sort of survey just to know which dept aren't offering admission in spring and he'll update all of us via email. so lax guys

I wanted to ask Bashir, Wajid and all those who are the victims of Batch IV (including me) about the status of their scholarship. Initially i too was shortlisted for france and after securing admission hec said they couldn't do the arrangements. Then I was directed to turkey, there weren't any courses, then unm, i said they dont offer mphil or phd at unm. i had to wait another year before mr.sohail finally said its massey univ most probably and give ur ielts....i did and got a 7.5 and a few days back he said i have an interview, when i asked for the letter, he said oops you've been placed in unm! This is the whole story.....i have a family to move and evthing's becoming difficult. Is anyone thinking of some legal action!!!! I mean its totally frustrating if batch V is being placed while there are people from batch IV awaiting. I'm a mother and currently have a full time job and im doing mphil in the evening as well (thanks to the delay from hec).....i want to know what hec is doing with others and if a legal action is required over here?

still HEC has not told the New Zealand people about the interview date. If its going to be on 7 september they must have to inform uptill now.

Skhattak legal actions are nothing you have to wait if you go to court than you will suffer more as you do not know how courts make delays in their cases. so be patient and wait for the final news.
