Yesterday 10% overseas scholarship scheme was announced. But worrisome situation is that there is only 1 seat for the scheme. As it consist of 10% of 100% it means for 90% scholarship seats far more lower than our information i.e. 450 or 350. Because 10% of 10 seats is 1 and 9 seats for 90%. Therefore if anybody has latest information about the total number of seats for batch 5, please share.

Oh My God Aqeel. Its amazing how you interpreted the entire figures and came to a conclusion.

1) For Punjab, there is only one seat (and even that is under medical or social science), as all other quota seat for Punjab are already filled. It doesn't mean that there is only one seat under 10%.

2) 2000 student were to be selected out of which 200 are under 10% and 1800 are under 90%.

3) 1 for 10% doesn't mean that 9 for 90% as we are not sure that how many seat are vacant. As initially for 90%, only four batches of 450 student each were meant to selected and now a fifth batch means that some seats are still vacant but we don't know how many are left for which province and under what field.

Aqeel you have interpreted the data wrongly, there is one seat in Punjab qouta, not for all Pakistan. Darao to nhn yaaar

Actually I just pass an incomplete information having so many connotations. I never made any conclusion but in fact just share the the information to make it more clear. Anyway I will try to contact Mr. Rana Shafique for correct information about result. Last time I come to know that result will be in mid of May but didn't get information about the merit cut off expectations. One of my colleagues is Deputy Director Protocol section whereas I am in Adm section that's why he is in better position to approach HEC.

I am from BATCH-4, We were short listed for France, but at the end HEC instructed us to apply on 4 Turkish universites, while in France I have been secured admission. But now, dont know what wil be happend. In Spring HEC sent an email to apply for admission, but in Spring Semester Turkish universities were not offering admission in Business Education, they only offer in Fall semester. Now admissions have been announced but HEC is still silent. We are in stress since last two years.... so you should keep patience.... Good Luck
