We are very glad to inform you that you have passed the evaluation of the Chinese Government Scholarship from Central South University，that is to say you can get the scholarship surely. Now we have sent the documents to CSC (China Scholarship Council) for approval. Before getting the approval, please confirm that you have only applied for our university and you are surely to register in our university on time after you get the scholarship from our university. Please reply to us in one week.

Thank you for your letter....I am not sure but there is still some process left.... as i didn't hear anything about my status..... i have applied to school of Economics & Management Hauzhong agriculture uni Wuhan.
Wishing you best of luck and Let's hope for the best.

Actually, from the contents of the letter it reveals that the university has confirmed you as qualifying candidate. moreover, the university administration shall send such recommendations to CSC for further proceedings i.e. admission letter, visa and other process after getting final orders from CSC. Anyhow, university may also get it confirmed from you that if you have applied for scholarship in other university which may be cancelled if you choose this one. After all you are sure to go to china and also university administration shall pick you from beijing airport and then take you at its own.

dont worry, normally such letter means that you will surely get scholarship,

can i still apply to any university i mean deadline is close or not..and secondly i have to do master degree in engineering any suitable university which have program in english...is IELTS is necessary there or not???
