GRE general local TEST?

Asallam o allekum every one i need some information regarding the scholarship recently announced in news paper offered by common wealth ..please can any one answer my following questions ..

how much score do i have to get to pass?

can it be accepted as the alternate of Gat general for getting admission in MS programs in pakistan?

what type of test this will be and which one subject does it covers?
what is the reference book for preparation ? and is GRE/GAT general local test book by Dogar publishers enough to get prepare ??

Discussions of common wealth scholarships have already been started in another topic of the thread. Kindly follow that as well. However answering to your queries about the test, I would like to give you a rough estimate about the punjab's merit which is around 89-92.

This can not be considered as the alternative to GAT- general scholarships in Pakistan or Abroad as well. This test is specifically made for the scholarships available at common wealth for Pakistanis. The syllabus is exactly the same as for the GAT-general , however the difficulty level is much higher.
