Nopes dear, its an entirely different case. the petitioner is a Major in Pak Army and named as Maj. Tahir Zaman s/o Awal Khan from Karak. I have a copy of the petition.

Why would a serving Army major appear in PMS?
There might be many other such petitions. This is giving me a feeling we might not see our result sooner

the commission has requested for an early hearing of this case. unfortunately the AG has been on a visit to abbottabad and the next 3 days are off. So it will probably be decided on Monday otherwise result might be declared on 13May after the hearing on 12th.

whatever the case is we are the victims of the system.First there are less vacancies or opportunities,when someone make it in competition the next phase is to wait or fight for you right.

The issue of delay due to this case seems logical. On inquiring about result, PA to Chairman says ask after 12th May 2015. So, lets hope the honorable court decide the thing at an early stage.
