Court Case on Competitive Exam for the post of PMS Officers / ETO (B-17)- 2012

KPPSC has uploaded Merit list of Competitive Examination for the post of PMS Officers / ETO (B-17) Advt: No. 05/2012. Can any one share all the details and status of Court proceedings in this connection please? Why the list has been uploaded so late? What fishy is going there in background? How in Naya KPK, the near and dear ones are being bestowed upon?

Would you have any solid proof regarding the claim ,?? If no then don't try to do so , as a result you may be targeted in near future by your kppsc.

How will they target me? I am just trying to rethink over my belief that the system is fool proof and objective.

Well, only KP PSC can guide about the court order. May be seniors here on the forum with sound understanding of the working procedure of KP PSC might have an idea. However, as far as the belief in KP PSC is concerned, I assume there is still meritocracy. And I can fairly say this after analyzing the complete merit list. I too have heard about the buying and selling of jobs in other departments of KP, but yet with no solid evidence.

The only problem with KP PSC in my view is the time consumption. They complete the recruitment process in years, which can be minimized to months.

The training has been commenced long ago and there's no need of indulging in lawsuits. Getting justice at this stage is next to impossible and, frankly speaking, all of the government departments are subjected to the whims and wishes of the people running them. Look! during the span of PMS-2013 interviews, some candidates were evaluated by a five member penal while the rest were honoured with only three member penal-this is prejudicial! ain't it? Though you can challenge the KPPSC but those in knowledge with 2008's PMS petition are in a way better position to understand about the fate of such petitions and the consequences for the candidates. Respect!
