What kind of mentor is suggesting you this. You have chosen IR in CSS and now Political Science in PMS, International Law in CSS and Constitutional law in PMS. Are you planning to taste every subject or maybe you have sufficient time of 2,3 years for preparation. If that is not the case then minimize the total number of subjects you are going to study.

Okay so what subjects would you suggest me for PMS? I personally dont have any background both in IR and PS.
If I go for IR what subjects would you suggest me for PMS to make it to 600 marks?

Well, if you choose geography with IR in PMS then why not choose geography in CSS too. That will be
CSS IR+Geography=200+100=300
PMS IR+Geography=100+200=300

Now as you said US history and Pashto are confirmed, so it will be
CSS=400
PMS=500
As Pashto and geography are in one group decide between these.
Now 100 marks are remaining only but I cannot suggest you a subject because I am blind here. It is true that you do not have background of any of these subjects but still people have interests, strengths and weaknesses in certain areas and I don't know about yours. So the best I can do is to give you some information based on my preparation journey then you can see what suits you.

-Geography is an interesting subject. It is my optional in PMS but not in CSS only because I already had sociology from that group.
-Deciding between Political Science and IR is easy just look at the syllabus and few past papers.
-If you choose Gender Studies then you have to study an extra subject in PMS, that is entirely up to you.
-If you can not take a decision about some subject try reading few topics and you will know (hopefully).
