The university of Peshawar Masters exam will all be finished by 15th September. Just a few odd papers on 16th September.

This information must have been in their mind.

Not 16 brother, MA, MSc exam of Peshawar University for 2013 will end on 18 September. Even there are papers on 16 and 17.
Commission will certainly consider these dates. Apparently it is not possible for the concerned authorities to commence the PMS exam on 16 of September.

I think, now, there may be some complexities in the schedule but whatever information I shared on the forum was from a person whose information have been authentic to the ratio of 75%, whereas this is also a fact that there are MA/MSC papers on 16th and even on 17th September. So I must say that where the exam of PMS is concerned, especially in our part of the country, I am mad, like Maulana Muhammad Ali Jauhar said that "Where the problem of India and Islam is concerned, I am mad".
Let's see what happens but there must be something as the KPPSC has not published PMS schedule on their website.

Still no signs of exams, as there is nothing on kppsc website.. We should get our roll numbers and date sheet by now, if the exam is on 16th september

You are right to some extent. Normally PSC issues centre and roll.no information a month or less before the commencement of exam.
What my point is there are master papers on 16, 17 and 18 of Sep. A vivid clash can easily be seen between master and pms compulsory papers during these dates. Lets see which way the wind blows!

The previous pms started on 17 jan, 2011 and we got our roll no slips in the first week of jan while centre detail was displayed on kppsc website in the last week of December. so be patient guys.
