The topic "Globalization and Electronic media" was of very precise nature. you have stretched it unwieldy. i skipped it because of its specific nature, the addition of "and Electronic media" have limited the very scope of this topic.

the topic summary is like :

2-Electronic media force behind globalization
3-How electronic media affect Globalization (Historic+present view)
4-Merits/Demerits of Globalization
5-Globalization and role of electronic media(a boom or a ban?)


This was all about it, you can further add subtopics related to it. Globalization is variegated concept, electronic media is a recent and just a small determinant to it.

Essay writing in competitive exams is one paper, one cant say anything definately and with 100% assurance. You seems to have done a very decent job with your attempt. After going through your essay I have an inkling that first part of topic "Globalization" and its different dimensions which to me, constitute half of your essay topic, was given lesser space in paper. Moreover, it also gives the impression that topic under discussion is Muslims Ummah its culture versus Western culture. However, if you have related it directly with your topic throuhg your writing then there is no harm.

Missing outline in pms won't be fatal. Outline might give u additional couple of marks. But it wasn't necessary

It is fatal, Arif awan (the guy on this form) now serving in PAS missed outlines in PMS 2010 and he failed essay by 1-2 marks. Arif awan is topper of kpk css-2011 and got 15th position all over the country. and yes interestingly Arif awan failed (essay+English precie) in 2012 css exam. this shows how much luck matters in this exam.

but still it depends on mood of examiner, lets pray for the best.

[FONT="Palatino Linotype"]Yes I remember Arif Awan's case. But as I mentioned before in PMS 2011, making an outline was explicitly mentioned in Essay paper, whereas, this time there was no such instruction lukily.[/FONT]

If its not mentioned as the case in PMS essay paper of 2013, it obviously means that its not required.
