This is not any adhoc to be permanent, these are supernumerary posts and for 2 year, that not mean to must complete the 2 years. But if any commission permanent or transfer from PSB an employee, then that supernumerary post will be terminated. So this has no any scale but only a fixed salary. for permanent post one should appear the high commission test and there is must an interview among candidates and HEd never give such much 1700 say posts on permanent base...
But i think this is totally misuse of resources. And govt should announce one year internship program for all master degree holders for one year fixed, so that to get experience certificate and money distribute to more people..

There will be no interview. According to ETEA, just look at the merit share, merit will consist of Etea 50%, 10% each of academic aggregate, rest high qualification and experience. But experience must not be counted because it was not asked in advertisment.

And political science candidates from district mardan. I scored 228 and total of 24 passed from mardan. I and #ibrarkhan hold 7th position in etea test in district mardan.

i think es se behtar hy k internship program announce hota toh sub ko haq melta oor experience bhe. oor money bhe more people me distribute hota.. oor mene yeh b suna hy kay some subjects me marks extra de ja rahe hy, so agr posts ziada he hian toh kis qanoon ke teht marks extra lga de jati hy..empty seats k ley new test conduct krni chahey.. oor en sub topi drama se bhtar yahe ta k internship announce hota jo anp walo ny ghareeb logon se haq chena ta, berozgari to es se at least km hojati jo sub ko haq melta.. reply ur opinion guys..
