A college lecturer is inducted in BPS-17. Since it is a teaching assistant, it may occupy a position equivalent to BPS-16.

Regarding extension and permanence, I'd say the chances are 50 50.

I believe work hard and you'd have the fruit thereof, either in the form of a permanent status or a better job in a better place.

can anyone of you tell me about postings of this post. like on what criteria it will be made.. district wise... ???/ and is there any chances of outer side to influence HED process for appointment of a candidate in a college. will they accept outer side suggestions for making appointment of candidate in certain college,,in simple words will it totally be HED decision or candidate given.options will also be considered????

Today i called h.e.d. From the response i recieved i assumed that staff in h.e.d know nothing conceret. The person responded that there will 900 or 1000 posts. Result will be upto 10 aug. And i asked them about no of posts of political science of district mardan. There are two possibilities, either the staff exactly don't know, or they willingly conceal information due to large no of queries.

I agree with your second thought. They are intentionally keeping it secret until final result is declared.

sohailkt and mysteriousn can u people tell me about interview and is there any possibilty of outer influence to cut off/removing candidate name from list??? i am bit worried because of these two things...

@aman rashid. Its mentioned in earlier posts and on etea website the interview will not be conducted might be due to large number of posts.

Regarding your second query, i don't expect any sort of influence in selection, and if you feel something fishy, use Right to Information law to get posting details. But one important thing trust in Allah, your right will be yours.

no scale. fixed pay, not even contract scale, 30 k for urban 40k for rural
probably will be paid by college fund.

yes, district wise.
candidate uc domilcile or nearest college might be considered.
