H.E.D is really working for this long procedure of selection... if they are talking of retirements and transfers, does this mean these jobs going to be permanent in future....

Lets hope these retirements and transfers are linked with the selection then we can think so and again lets hope for these posts to b permanent. Another question also raises that if they had the thought to make it permanent, then why they did not selected people through public service commission's test and interview process in scale 17 from the beginning?

Here is the answer that probably they wanted to save the pay expenditures of the candidates for first 2 years (up to contract period)?

but this answer also a question mark at the end so ....only choice for us is to,
keep listening the rumors and stay in touch with our optimism

We will get to know after the final merit lists have been displayed but hopefully the HED would have kept in mind all these assumptions/speculations.
