Angry Protest against Tehsildar Result

The brutal decision taken by the commission of setting the merit of screening test is unacceptable on every ground. I have decided to start a movement against PCS to take their decision back, and restore the merit to 50, as practiced earlier in other screening tests. I am sharing a plan in the post given below. Kindly read it carefully. Your future is in your hand. You have every right to justice, and raise your voice against the malpractices of commission. If we react to such injustice, we will surely make Pakistan and especially our province a better place for the next generations. Please follow the post.

Post 2:

Plan A:

candidates will write an application to the chairman to take the decision back, and restore the merit to 50. Candidates may send it through courier or they may visit commission office to handover their applications personally. I have written a convincing application. However, I don’t want to make it public. I will send it only to the concerned candidates after receiving their e-mails. One of the advantages of application is that those candidates who are not local residents of Peshawar, they may also contribute to the movement. And I assure you if a greater number of applications received the decision would be changed and the merit would be set 50.
.
Other Plans:
Hopefully our issue will be solved through applications, we are still committed to resort to protests in case of any unexpected outcome. A resolution shall be presented to the members of PCS to take their decision back, and set the merit 50 for next stage. We will organize Peaceful Protests/Strikes in front of the building of Commissions. Additionally, if ever needed, media and complaint cell of Chief Minister will be involved.

Good reasons:

1) All past tehsildar tests had the merit of 50 marks. Therefore students prepared the test for respective marks and did not prepare it very well. As a result hundreds of talented students scored between 50 and 60.
2) Neither definite syllabus nor weightage of contents of test was pronounced preceding the test.
3) The PCS screening test is not even according to the syllabus of comprehensive/subjective materials. As current affairs/general knowledge portion was missing.
4) The real talent of candidates is measured in comprehensive test. Screening tests are intended to weed out non serious candidates. Therefore the merit of 50 serves the purpose effectively.
5) As compared to past tests, the number of qualifiers for written tehsildar tests is very low. Last time the number of candidates qualified for interview after qualifying written part was more than 4 thousands. However, this time the student qualified in screening test has not even crossed the figure of one thousand.
6) There are several other causes and effects and reasons to restore the merit of 50, which are very comprehensively given in application written in the name of chairman.
.
.

All candidates who have scored between 50 and 60 are requested to send email address, contacts, to initiate the movement. You are also requested to inform your friends to intensify the movement and get fruitful results. Only your contribution and interest can give it the momentum. After gaining the due momentum the merit be instantly restored to 50. I also request 60 plus guys not to reply this post and make it controversial. We are not in dispute with anyone, and only dedicated to our rights.

I again assert that our first step is sending application to chairman. To get the copy of application please e-mail me. I wish Commission receive an application from every corner of the province.

InshAllah, our issue will be solved in a shorter course of time.

Default Tehsildar

I agree with you. I have written an email in this regard to Commission. The overall result of Tehsildar is satisfactory so 60% score is un realistic. If Commission has set this criteria then there is no need to go for Written exams because very few candidates got 60 or 60 plus marks, So they should directly held interviews for the said Post.

I am with you and support your stance of setting 50 % marks for qualifying the next round. Although I didn't belong from Peshawar but I will be part of this campaign at every stage.

regards,
Waqas Ali.

We have already sent application. i got 54 and i think we have genuine reason to reduce it to 50 as very few have crossed 60.
