It is impossible for me to imagine what forced you to make such baseless observation. You didn't even bother to check the members' list with high reputation points.

Out of first 100 members (in order of their reputation points in descending order) only 20 have been associated with management. Some of those 20 stayed for only a month or so. 80% are members, many of them have Medal of Appreciation too. Come on! How does this figure corroborate your stance?
