congrats to all selected candidates...
Can anyone tell me one thing please... One of my friend from Quetta told me he has appeared in css in 2011 and his initial result announced in november n i think his psychologic interview etc is remaining.. As i saw 2011 result announced few days back.. So is it possible his interview still remaining or he's lying.... Thx

very kind of you. My first preference is PSP. lets see what happens when the allocations are announced . finge crossed

and yes the inter-se seniority is effected when an officer improves his service. The marks obtained in CTP remain the same ( those obtained in one's original CTP ) BUT one has to go through the STP on the same lines and will have the seniority as per his new colleagues.
