Nice post ................i found a site similar to this visit ip-details.com it helps you find your ip address ,they provide domain host search service which convert the domain name to ip address along with location information about where the ip come from .They also provide HTML code which help to trace ip address of users visited your web site .I hope it will be helpful to you...

no it false. you can only hack other computer if u know about his MAC address.

Don't know what you mean by 'hacked' ... But if any 'exploitable' services is running on your computer, and the attacker also knows you 'ip address'........ you are definitely compromising on security
