Can we use Skype on our cellphones?

Can we use our mobiles to receive as well as dial landline and mobile numbers through skype freely (While not using skype subscriptions and skype credit)?
Please also explain which cellphones can use this facility (if it is possible).

Yes you can use skype voip service on your mobile phone easily if you have symbian software based mobiles on which you can easily download and install skype first. Also I have used skype on apple Iphone and it works great.

If you want to use it for in-bound and out-bound calls you have subscribe for the services offered by skype incorporation else you cannot make in-bound and out-bound calls through skype for free. However you can enjoy your skype contacts calls free of cost.

Also if you want crystal clarity you need to enable WAP and connect it to your Wireless DSL lan, so within the locality of your home you can enjoy roaming at no cost.
