How to deactivate hotmail,yahoo or gmail account?

usually yahoo account stands deactivated if you do not log in for 120 cosecutive days but if want to delete the account then you have to sent a request which will be entertained within 90 days.the following link can be used to send request

for gmail
You can delete Gmail from your Google Account at any time. If you're sure you won't use Gmail in the future, please follow these steps to delete it:

1.Sign in to your Gmail account.
2.Click on your name or email address at the top of the page, then select Account settings from the drop-down menu.
3.In the "My products" section, click the Edit.
4.Click Delete Gmail Service and fill in the required fields.
