It is not possible to get such service for free. Software is not capable of doing it like humans do and different websites take advantage of this fact and charge handsome amounts for human translation.

If you can explain what is the nature of your problem, I mean what kind of translations do you need, then anyone can recommend you something regarding your problem.

while reading newspaper i find difficulty about understanding some lines or passages so dictionary cant help me. thats why i want on line translator google translate does not give meaningful answer.

try to use babylon english translator. i used it, if the passage is consisting on two to three paragraph its free and if u go for further there is fee.

Avoid regular use of "Netspeak" or other "cute" grammar or spelling (For example: writing "R U a woman?" instead of "Are You a woman?").

My dear friend, there is hardly any English word, expression, phrasal verb that can not be find in Long man dictionary of contemporary English, so get it installed; and you would be out of your said problem.
