Brother, You have not mentioned his major subject in MBA.
Anyhow if he has done MBA in Finance as a major subject then he should go for Finance in his M.S. too.

Okay,
If he wants to teach then he should go for M.S. Otherwise let him do his best to find a job in commercial firms/banks.
Advise him to join some bank as a trainee in this way paves the way towards permanent job.
If he chooses first option then M.S. In Project Management is good one.

It totally depends upon his career objectives. If he wants to pursue his career in education sector/university then he must go for a higher education. But if he is more inclined towards corporate sector then he should try his best to jump into a good organisation without any wastage of time and update his qualification along with job. Once he jumps into a job/sector he'll be in a better position to assess his required qualification. I'll suggest him to start his career as soon as possible, whatever the sector is, and update his qualification accordingly. Regards.
