how to go through the text of hamlet n king lear both giant tragedies n shakespearn diction.
I know the text is very difficult of shakespearean plays.i suffered too.it was quite tough for me to comprehend the meaning of that classic english which shakespeare used mercilessly.:huh:huh

He used many archaic words too so it becomes a lil bit tiresome for us.
but i think the best way to deal with that is to see paraphrase of each scene.
paraphrase is written side by side mostly on next page.

And difficult word meanings are also written at the end.So dont worry.Go through them and it will be easy for you to understand the text.

Enjoy the plays. They are gems.Feel lost in them.:):)

Well, I think if you go through these novel notes, they shall be useful. I agree, we had two (2) years and you have six (6) months.

I have got only hard copy of American and Canadian Lit.'s notes.

For now I am attaching the soft copies of notes of the following novels, taught to us in the second semester.

I would certainly prefer M.A. Regular over M.A. External lest you have some severe reasons preventing you from taking regular admission. PU mainly emphasis on Literature whereas NUML has equal concern of Linguistics.
