Regarding career wise ( by which you can earn more), which degee is more benificial( better) MBA or MA?

Both MBA and MA (in its respective field) are separate degrees having their own ambit of prospects. However, MBA is apparently considered as more career oriented.

Surely MBA has its own charm and is multidimensional field and opens the door of various opportunities in various fields, but MA in public admin, sociology, etc is also a good choice for the career.
