I will suggest you MBA finance. If you want a better career, then you should choose finance.

Both are good one. But as for as job market is concerned. MBA finance has more grip on the market as compared to MBA HR.

I will suggest you to take a look back on your education... If you have read finance related stuff already then go for it otherwise HRM will be better. And ask someone in the field about the scope and market trend.

Dear you have background of finance. So you should continue in same field. This is my point of view. May be I am wrong.
