AOA Dear fans i am in MBA Final year . i have to select subject for specialization. please all of you are requested to have suggestions what to choose
1:H.R.M OR
2:Finance
please suggest

I will suggest you MBA finance. If you want a better career, then you should choose finance.

Both are good one. But as for as job market is concerned. MBA finance has more grip on the market as compared to MBA HR.

I will suggest you to take a look back on your education... If you have read finance related stuff already then go for it otherwise HRM will be better. And ask someone in the field about the scope and market trend.

dear i have done B.Com in Finance. now my intrest is H.R.M but need views & suggestions.
