MA From Punjab University

Punjab University has announced the dates for the commensment of MA/MSc Exam for Part 1 and 2 both and they will recieveAdmission forms upto 25.2.2013 for part 2 and for part 1 last late will be 2.4.2013.
My query is that can I submit forms for both parts as a private candidate or i have to submit just for part 1. Previously i completed my masters in Feb 2011. Thanks in Advance. please

Yes you can give exams of both parts simultaneously but you will have to submit admission forms for both parts separately.

You can submit your application for part 1 only as PU do not offer composite exam for MA.

However, if you want to do MA in one year then go for UOS which offers composite exam.

yeah taimoor bro said right UOS offers composit but we can do part 1 at a time.

what is the procedure of applying as a private candidate

exam will be held in august.
For rest of information visit www.uos.edu.pk
application forms will be submitted in march or april.
See subject list for MA for pakistan studies.
In my opinion you should go with history instead of pakistan studies as candidates with MA history has an advantage to apply for the posts of Pakistan studies and history. So you will have double advantage with history degree.

In punjab history is equivalent to Pak studies.
I think the criteria will be the same for spsc and fpsc.
However you should confirm it by calling respective office.
