@Ayesha Sajjad

One thing you must bear in mind while deciding for MS. In MS(MS) there are two parts, first is course work and second is thesis. While in MS(PM) there is only course work and no thesis, however you should confirm it from the university about thesis part.

The reason I am emphasizing on thesis is because most of the students consider the thesis part to be difficult. So if you want to have only MS degree then MS(PM) is better (without thesis) than MS(MS).

Regarding learning, Comsats and SZABIST both are good. As far as I think in terms of quantitative analysis in thesis SZABIST is better. In a nutshell, all depends on the instructors who teaches you.

GAT General is must in any case (Passing Marks:50), nevertheless IBM-UET offers opportunity to those who did not pass GAT earlier, to conduct their In house Entry Test, on the basis of said test you may take admission, but again you have to clear GAT test within 6-12 Months. This is standing instruction of HEC.
In my case, As, I've already cleared GAT, one interview was also conducted and on the basis of GAT, Interview and academic qualification percentages, I got admission.
Hope you understand.

No hostel facility by SZABIST Islamabad. I have done MPM (Masters in Project Management) from SZABIST Islamabad.

Hey Ayesha, girl before you decide which one you wanna do, you first have to figure out why you want to pursue this degree. MS in project management is like specialisation in project management however MS in management sciences is going to have further specialisation courses I.e. Marketing, finance or HRM similar to MBA.
Buddy before you decide which field to choose, please think about the objective you wish to achieve from it. If you simply want to do it because you want to pursue your career in teaching and lecturer-ship, then I would suggest you to go for management studies as you have already studied it and you will be good at it insha Allah. Additionally, if you are thinking you are good at models, planning and charts you may go for MS project management. I'm sure you studied operation management and total quality management courses in your MBA program. It's going to be a much advanced form of that, with lots of planning and charts etc.

However, if you simply want to do field work and work out there in office, you can apply now with an existing degree at hand. You simply need to polish your skills and make yourself capable to make it on a position at a good place. Insha Allah you will do well in life. Good luck.
