Not sure about that, but I can tell you one thing though! First National Anthem of Pakistan was written by a Hindu, Mr. Jaganath on the order of Quid-e-Azam. It was first broad cast by Karachi Radio. However later soon after his demise, another National Anthem was formulated in which Mr. Hafeez Jalandhri's was selected.
