Start with your name, place your address in reduced font size below your name. Insert your sober pic at the extreme right top corner of the first page after your name. If you have attractive features it is recommended to insert pic otherwise it is better not to insert pic.

Include a very strong objective with some target. Target that organization and the position for which you intend to apply. Your objective keeps on changing with respect to varying positions and varying organizations.

After objective clause, start with your experience and in experience start with your current job if your have working experience. Date, Duration, Job Description, organization and location are the key fields in this portion.

After work experience clause, mention your qualification in the descending order i.e. start with the highest (most recent) degree and end at Matriculation / SSC / O Level. Main fields of this portion should be Time/duration, Certificate Name, Institution, Your grades/marks/CGPA/Percentages, distinctions, main subjects.

After qualification mention your some special certification like language courses, e-literacy courses etc.

Mention your achievements

Mention your linguistic skills.

Mention your extra curricular activities, hobbies etc.

Mention your personal profile like Fathers Name, age, domicile, religion, marital status and related personal things.

End with references.

It should be very impressive, eye catching and persuasive. Key words should be strong. This is the reflection of your personality and your potential.

Please don't mind, picture is not a mandatory requirement of CV / Resume. It is optional, when any thing is optional then we normally focus on our strong points and we ignore weak one.

Get your strong points cashed and let your weak points remain latent.

Place your experience before personal profile, and before all other things. Current trend is to place personal details at the end because recruiters like to decide your fate in few seconds before going through the whole CV. Best thing should be place first in order to catch their attention and convince them to go into your personal details.

They are interested in our expertise, skills and potential but not in our details of marital status, NIC etc. Primarily they need our experience and qualifications. Personal details get secondary importance. After we convince them that we are the people you are looking for then they take interest in our personal details.

yes..i agree with your suggestions..in CV writing we must keep in mind some specific points,i think objective of cv should be very strong in order to attract the reader.besides that focus should be made while writing summary of profile or achivements.

Now i have some questions..

can i write cv online from any web?
or what if someone write fake expriences in their cv?

I suggest you to remain fair in your CV. Don't lie. Don't include fake experience. Organizations get your credentials verified. Your certificates, your experience letters and related documents are got verified from the concerned authorities. Your referees are touched through calls, or even letters and feedback is obtained regarding the candidates. Don't mention your references to whom you have not informed that you have mentioned their names in your reference list. If by chance you have mentioned their names without informing them before, do tell them immediately after dropping your CV so that they can provide positive feedback for you.
