Default I am a CSP

I am a CSP
When I was seventeen years of age,
had to cross a distinctive stage.
Social pressure wished me in competition,
in year nineteen my bachelors was done.
Masters was done in twenty one,
but my pen had to gain run.
Job was necessary being eldest son,
difficult was work 'n' preparation.
Everytime wanted to be on the top,
but CSS was not an easy job.
I was compelled when twenty eight.
my first chance failed me in aggregate.
Next year I thought, preparation not well,
being in Govt. Service, much time to avail.
In thirty years I hit the heart,
position in CSS was on the mark.
Allocation, training and postings,
I felt it is just wasting.
On promotions my qualities became rusty,
availed less and lost my thirty.
Conscience resigned, no one should copy,
it's my life 'n' I am CSP.

As the saying goes "All paid jobs absorb and degrade mind". We are slaves to the norms set by our society. Our choices are dictated and we take it as granted. We are put in a highly competitive atmosphere where we are identified by the wealth we own and the work we perform, missing the whole point of "why are we sent here".

I agree with jiashah........slavery must not be accepted but what to do with the system?
we all know the circumstances in Pakistan are very fragile. we don't have many options and we are bound to sport our families because after graduation or post graduation they expect income from us.........and being a CSP is the most respected slavery in Pakistan.
isn't it??????????

Default No CSS medal

I don't have CSS medal because I am not a CSP. I have done my PCS and doing job in Punjab Police, so I know the system very closely. I have seen our CSP officers running behind their seniors for completion of their ACRs for their promotions.
If you want to change ant system then you'll have to become its part first. So it is the responsibility of CSPs to change the system. Once I being fed up of the system, wrote this poem. and pay thanks to all who appreciated and commented for it.
