hi every body, just joined to answer this question, although not in full, but many intellegent minds are here to modify it more i suppose. 3 reasons match, and three dont, try to relate them to those matched, may be you can get it.

my guess is GRAPES in ARABIC, AENAB

1. Satisfies condition of 5 words : (aeen-yeh-noon-alif-bay)
2. Halal to eat, haram to drink : (Wine)
3. 5 times word appears in QURAN (some say 6 times, some say 5 times)

the conditions it doesnt relates to are:

1. man uses three times a day, and women once in a life time.
2. doesn't starts with (MEEM).
3. brighter than day, darker than night.

i dont say i've got the answer, but you guys can work on it.
