i m smooth achiever and i m here to achieve my dreams.
may this forum be my guiding torch towards my dream

i want to just qualify written PMS and find this forum on the top for guidance,
may this forum live long.

dear donot undeestimate urself.....if u want u can achive everythiing.... it will need just ur determination and intrest.

2nd div is not a bad one.... in PMS CSS and all competitive exams 2nd div is required....

and if u search out u will come to know that most of the qualifiers are 2nd div holder.

so cheerup here and try ur level best i am sure if u did u ring the bell.
