plz help me

i am a member of this forum and belong to mandi baha uddin(PUNJAB)

humaray gaon k mohammad nawaz patwari(now in mandi bahauddin jail for corruption charges, kaheen dafa jail gaiya lakin yeh mandi bahauddin main kabza group ka leader hai har dafa jail say jaldi he bahir aa jata hai )es dafa b aisa he ho ga aur paisay day kar bahir nikal aiye ga;es nawaz patwari s/o rehmat khan ki 2 wives hain aur 14 bachay hain
aik es ki daughter shakeela jis nay love marriage ki thee us ka murder b kar chuka hai


ab us nay humaray sath kia kiya hai
humari jo zameen hai gaon village bhikhisharif(mandi baha uddin) main us par kabza kar liya hai
pehly mery baray bhai par buri taran tashadad kiya
meri father jo police main hain un ko dhamkian dee aur un ko heart attack ho gaiya
hum sab apni jaan bacha kar islamabad aa gaiye
tu yahan b humary ghar par humla kiya aur police anay par bhag gaiye

humara case b register nahi honay diya

phir ab unhoon nay phir humari zameen par kabza kar liya hai aur fake fard bana kar apny naam lagwa li
aur kal(2/09/09) wo mery bhai ko zinda zalany aiye jo gaon main tha us waqt
wo wahan akyla tha lakin khushkismati say wo tu bach gaiya
lakin unhoon nay petrol daal kar saray ghar ko aag laga de ;sara saman jal gaiya kuch nahi bacha
kamray gir gaiye ...
aur bari muskil say humari FIR register huye lakin wo b wahan k police station kuthiala sheikhan k SHO ko riswat day kar aaj sab ki bail karwa di.police un say mil gaiye hai
ab humain jaan say marny ki dhamkian day rahay hain aur nawaz patwari jail say humary ghar calls karta hai
aur jaan say marny ki dhamkian dayta hai.

@Ihussain.

dear first of all very very sorry for such mishapps.

2ndly this forum is not made for reporting of personal problems. so plz next time dnt cumup with.

my advice for u regarding ur land is to go to the civil court and file a petition for the recvry of ur land.... mashaALLAH now a dyas the judiciary is in full swing and i hope u will find justice,

as for as the threat to ur life and property is concerned so it very simple .... if the police dnt file ur FIR.... reprt it to the higher authrities. or if u r living in islamabad so file ur FIR there and a criminal petition under PPC in the court of magestrate in ordr to bring that Patwari to the dock and furnish security for ur life.
then he will be bound not to hurt u or ur property.

this is the legal way and i hope will be helpfull for u.

in the last i request the modertators that plz delete such posts which are irrelevnt to the this forum.
we all are here to gain knowledge and pursue our aims.

Dear Ihussain,

I feel sorry and sad what had happened to u and ur family.

I think CJ can take suo moto notice on this issue, if he gets the knowledge of this happening.

Your father is Police Officer he can talk to highups and your genuine case could be adressed properly.

There is also DIG from your region and the same caste, that of you. His name is Hamid Mukhtar Gondal, he can also be accessed.

The Justice is being meted out to agrieved, so you can also consult a good legal practioner on this issue.
