This is dilemma that in our nation everything is mingled up.

No jobs no opportunities.

Universities are flooding out graduates and PhD, M.Phil, Msc etc etc every year and on the other hand no job opportunities are being created.

Space is very less and still we have people being re-employed in Govt service. Army officers and staff join civil service as re-employed after retirement. Even civil officers and staff who are good in PR manage their extensions in service at the time of retirement and don't leave the vacancy for someone else.

Most of Ph.D, M.Phil and MSc degree holders in Pakistan do teaching to run life.

Private jobs are also not easily found.

So in Pakistan you are a very lucky person if you are doing job of your own subject / area of study, otherwise most are just running life on a job of any kind which they could get.

Nepotism, despotic rule, favoritism, unemployment plus increasing population is causing all this. Merit finds very negligible space in our society.

As there are so many engineers and doctors back in Pakistan.
Apropos, bureaucracy is not about a job it is about the determination and chauvinism one may possess for the Motherland; according to me
