quran mai Allah nai insaan k 4 khulay dushman btaey hain:

1.shaitan(insaan bhi or jinnat bhi):
aaj kal her daswain ghar main jadoo ki shikayat hai,her doosra aadmi frustrated hai or ajeebo.ghareeb nomolood bachon ki paidaish ho jati hai.its because k Allah farmatay hain k shaitan insan k maal,olad,rizq or rehn sehn k hissa.dar ban jata hai.log ya tu gunnah kertay hain ya phir jb wo rizq kamatay hain,marital relation develop kertay hain, rehtay hain sotay hain wo apnay aimal ko shaitan sai paak nai kertay.choti choti duain hain unko yaad kijye.
remedy:-
read excessively tau'zand seek refuge with Allah.read and learn duain(departing from house,washroom entry,starting your meal, sleeping, marital relations,).ghussa aye tu tau'z perhain.i have heard a hadith today that even ap shaitan ko bhi bura bhala na kahain kynke is sai bhi us k maqsad pura hojata hai..i will Insha.Allah provide a complete list of duas.if anyone can do it with authentic hadiths,it would be benefit to all.

2.nafs.e.ammara:
yeh insaan k nafs hai jo insaan mai was wussay dalta hai and deters him from doing good deeds.
remedy:-
khawahishat per amal kerain lekin jab apki khwahishat Allah k rastay k khilaf jain you should prefer Allah's first.(Alla humma inni aauzu.bika min sharri sama.e...............,reference either search it or i'll do it Insha.Allah)

3.duniya insan k lye muzzyan ker di gai hai:-
insaan gunah tu keray lakin us ko apnay gunah k ehsas na ho.like people killed each other for the noble causes. U.S waged war on taliban and they are justified,Taliban and pakistan tehrik.e.taliban retaliated and they are justified.influential people overwhelmed their society and they do diabolical acts and they are justified.(they did gunnah but these are least expected to return to tobah).
remedy:-
akhirat ki fikar and again namaz,tobah and tau'z...


4.takabbur:-
insan jub mandarja.bala tamam herbon sai buch jata hai tu wo takabbur ki mar kha jata hai.jb wo apni opinion ,apnay amal or apnay faislon ko samnay rakhtay huay Allah k faislon ko bhool jata hai.
remedy:-
tau'z, ikhlas wali namaz and Always admit that you can be wrong and consult quran and sunnah(authentic).
