FPSC....The Most Corrupt Institution !
 
everyone will become astonished when one read discrimination of FPSC ,that is being done by them .I shall post detail scam like story and need your precious suggestion

CASE 185/2014 PATROL OFFICER BS-14

FPSC advertised 321 posts in 2014 under two category departmental and non-departmental ,138 for departmental candidates and remaining 183 for non-departmental/civilian .Everyone knows the process of general recruitment how sluggish it is but here is different case FPSC taken written test ,just 610 candidates made it possible to clear the exam out of 45 thousand from all over pakistan ,then second phase of recruitment began in june-july which included physical & driving test that was taken by NH&MP after such test only 310 candidates were able to qualify for interview .Here one thing is able to understand FPSC had to recruit 183 among 310 ,after that interview schedule posted on the website of FPSC thereby interview started and the last interview conducted by panelist on 15 OCTOBER 2015 .
After the completion of entire process instead of declaring final recommendation FPSC started RE-PROCESS by claiming we are following our criteria that is three candidates against one post on the other hand many candidates were trying to seek sympathy by sending letters to different authorities that include IG NH&MP ,CHAIRMAN FPSC and FEDARAL OMBUDSMAN finally they succeeded and FPSC initiated REPROCESS and calling not only those candidates who were absent during physical & driving test but also who were failed in driving test

WHAT IS THIS????
ANYONE CAN VINDICATE IT ????

What a strange precedent is setting by FPSC in recruiting PO .whereas FPSC doesn't entertain any appeal specially in case of recruitment when even recruitment process has been completed .

Why is FPSC not selecting just 189 candidates among 300 who interviewed by panel ????
WHY is FPSC giving undue favor in such case ?????
there are so many cases and a bunch of deserving candidates but FPSC doesnot arrange reprocess ,then WHY IN THIS CASE ????

Ultimately one thing has been cleared that FPSC is corrupt ,damaged and prejudiced department and by this precedent most of candidates will alienate from SO CALLED TRANSPARENT & IMPARTIAL commission ................it is the game of corrupt soul ,black money and bribery ........

mr RANA FPSC is not ready to provide information of REPROCESS in blake and white

this process divulged the transparency and fairness of FPSC .Now you can gauge the level of competence HOW MUCH CREDIBLE FPSC IS????????

FPSC is not ready to provide exact information in black and white therefore via e-mail they are behaving strange because they know written proof can be challenged in court and FPSC will make whole process secret thereby final recommendation is delay for non-departmental candidates

i have confirmed by calling FPSC on 5 NOVEMBER i asked about ratio issue etc a spokesman told me on the behalf of FPSC ,it has to follow its own criteria even after the completion of whole process .he told me ,we received a bunch of applications containing requests for the conduction of physical and driving test once again ,many candidates sent letters to different authorities. Hence commission decided to conduct remaining tests of those candidates who were absent during the course of NORMAL PROCESS ( for clarification i want to inform you spokesman told me NH&MP will call to those candidates who did not appear in driving and physical test before NH&MP GOD KNOWS BETTER WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH THE FATE OF OURS .)Moreover FPSC will publish list of new candidates after completion of driving test followed by interview .Candidates would also be informed by SMS service and they will receive call letter for further process. Furthermore he told me the number of absent candidates are more than ONE HUNDRED and entire process will take minimum 80 DAYS .

This method makes the recruitment process of FPSC dubious ,FPSC should adopt the method of transparency and fair mechanism at least like PPSC in which marks are displayed.Moreover being federal department FPSC should issue result with detail marks of candidate, likewise CSS , that will raise the level of trust in the soul of every candidate .Although to get detail result is the right of every candidate and nobody or department can abduct our this right. So FPSC will itself make its recruitment process just ,reasonable and clear enough that nobody will be able to malign it or point out in this manner.

i really hurt by such kind of injustice and cruelty of FPSC this is not fair that is going to proceed FPSC and NH&MP .when anybody omits his/her test or interview nobody has right to call again at any cost because it is against morality and socially .Even it is not permitted by LAW thereby we are demanding the accountability of FPSC across the board for the reason that everyone is equal before LAW, conferred by the constitution of ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN .On the one hand we are waiting for final recommendation but on the other hand FPSC and NH&MP is enjoying their discretionary power .We shall never ever allow FPSC to conduct this injustice ,it is contrary to our fundamental rights .
Now what we do ??????

Educationists are on the ventilator of PATIENCE .we people cann't do anything except INTEZAR

politicians don't like patience and get result instantaneously after ending of polling and become member of provincial and national assembly but don't bring any reform to make commission transparent ant free from external threat whereas on the other hand educationists who deserve better than corrupt politician but unluckily have wait for result more than 4 to 5 months then interview then again ready for wait just to know his/her due result .Government doesnot want to bring revive its institution .

Its not fair FPSC never give any relief or some kind of favor in general recruitment then why are they giving in this case ??????
corruption is rampant in every institution of our beloved country .

i have proof of my sending documents in spite of this i have been rejected that that it's related to NTS, on my slip it was mentioned of FPSC adress

i have again appealed for review still no response from them

really fed up this system

you can sue against them in any court furthermore please approach them via e-mail or call and ask them about injustice and discrimination

Hold on dear.
You can't challenge the meritocracy of fpsc. It is the most reliable institution regarding recruitment in transparent way. But in some cases it takes much longer time in final recommendation of candidates which is not injustice but frustation for the aspirants.
In our case of patrol officers , they have poorly managed but things will be settled within due course of time ie upto maximum two months.
Their mismanagement , delay in results can't be named as corruptuon.
Have patience little more. Stay blessed

FPSC announce result in at least four months, on the other hand, NTS announce it in few weeks. FPSC take suspicious steps sometime which make this organization fishy.
WHY
Because its a govt organization, and govt org. tend to be lazy, nasty and corrupt.

Come on guys don't be so harsh on FPSC. After all is said and done, it's a powerful and responsible institution of the state. Sometimes accuracy means delay but we can't declare it a corrupt organization. Be positive, if there has been a reprocess I'm sure it will be for all the candidates and in the end merit will prevail.

This is the only objection i have of fpsc........if it takes so much time than at least it should publish marks....so that everyone would know that its a credible result....and where one stands

In css also why they dont publish dmc of successful candidates as well.......yes i know marks of interview are to be added but this is no excuse....Even interview marks should be published on website...

Everything should be transparent..

Yes there are objections of NTS regarding it's fees and authority but In this regard NTS is 10 times better.....they even publish answer keys and give double sheets for MCQ's so that you can take the bottom one home and compare it with answer keys which are published in a day or two.

in Pakistan ,corruption has no legs i do not know why this is happening to us i also qualified the written test i gave the driving test but dont not what happen with the next process . my test was good as compared to my bench i drove smoothly without doing any mistake . still wait for justice but i think by crying at this forum will not bear fruit for rank and file . if we adopt a protest in front of C.M house or press club nothing will happen because we dont have any proof evidence to show them .

NTS has different issues whereas FPSC has different
NTS takes huge money for tests but it declares result promptly with marks whereas FPSC receives limited money but result becomes ambiguous

70,000 inland revenue inspector candidates
40,000 preventive officer candidates
60,000 appraising/valuation candidates
70,000 inspector custom candidates

That makes 240,000 candidates and since all were BS-16 Rs300 per candidate makes Rs7.2 crores

And i have not even mentioned the other posts during this period and the funding it receives from the government.

So please don't says these lame excuses that fpsc doesn't receive money....it receives ample amount of money it's just the lack of commitment and corruption...that marks of all the candidates are not declared...

FPSC fans would just say it's the policy :waiting

Anyways we must file a petition to ensure our rights. FPSC must disclose the marks of candidates in general recruitment . I am ready to file a petition and I will bear all expenses etc . But I need few potential candidates to support me in proceedings. Choice is all yours . I am fed up of their so-called meritocracy. BULLSHIT it is except CSS where merit is ensured. If interested make a thread where we may discuss to bring some change . This would be my headache to bring them to the court and deal with these veiled guys in their very own style . Please raise voice elsewise you may regret that you had a chance and you could have made it possible . Regards and apologies if I violated the rules of forum .

One candidate updated pictures of question paper of FIA Inspector on ppscforum.com and I sent an email to fpsc that when it is not allowed to take the paper out from centre than how she took the paper out. They replied me after multiple reminders that they have black listed her and after two days fpsc announced the result of Preventive Officer and she was shortlisted for phase 2..

They are just making us fool by answering our emails. Nothing else.

it is happened on every recruitment test and each phase of induction but unfortunately nobody take step to check the transparency and fairness of so called TRANSPARENT FEDERAL ORGANIZATION because everyone is corrupt in our beloved country

but if you compare this with NTS .......NTS demands at least 600 fee which is double than FPSC demands whereas 50 or 60 thousand plus candidates appear in the test that is conducted by NTS so by this calculation NTS takes double amount than FPSC

i want to clear you my point of view it's simple discussion i am neither follower of NTS nor supporter of FPSC ....both organizations of our beloved country are CORRUPT ,INCOMPETENT ,INCREDIBLE and BIASED

Federal Public Service Commission conducts two types of Examinations . First is CSS and second one is General recruitment ( Other than CSS ) . When you apply for any post of General recruitment ( Other than CSS ) and take the written test ( Screening test ), then game starts . Yes, game of corruption starts after the written test . Get in touch with any official or officer of Final Selection ( FS ) . For example, you can consult Assistant director FS , Deputy director FS , or director FS . They will tamper with written result . They will increase your marks . People will never know as result of written test is kept hidden by FPSC and not shown even after the final selection . Amazing!!! is not it? The most sophisticated corruption in the history of recruitment .
The Officers and officials of FINAL SELECTION ( FS ) are running this dirty business of CORRUPTION . The Assistant Director, Deputy director and Director working in FS Section of FPSC join hands to select low merit candidates . First, they tamper with result of written /screening test as written result is never shown to the candidates . Second, they violate the order of merit and select low-merit candidates . Their technique is HIDING OF MERIT LIST . By hiding of Merit List, they select candidates at the bottom of merit list . Shame on FPSC . !!!
STAGE ONE of CORRUPTION in Federal Public Service Commission : FPSC never declares the result of Written test / screening test on case of General Recruitment( Other than CSS) . WHY Because FPSC is not that stupid . FPSC keeps that information with itself for " Bargaining” . The time gap between screening test ( written) and Interview which is normally one year or one & half year , is reserved for " bargaining" between " interested candidates " and " Corrupt Officers dealing with FS ( Final Selection )" . When " bargain " is settled, then Interview are held . Now, in Interviews marks are in the hands of FPSC members . No Problem . They give marks to candidates as per their performance in interview and hand over award sheets to Officers of FS ( Final Selection ) . Now, the game is in hands of Corrupt Officers of FS . They have to draw the Merit List . They analyse the Interview marks awarded to candidates and then calculate that how much marks in written test are needed for their " favourite" candidate to get selected . This is the occasion for which they have prepared themselves One Year ago by not declaring the result of written test . So they keep "that power" in their hands to manipulate merit list as they desire . So my brothers . you recognise the trick used here!!! No Transparency . As Transparency is the enemy no . 1 of Corruption . Keep the candidates in dark and do as mush corruption as possible . This is Stage ONE of Corruption in General Recruitment by FPSC . If you are one of the candidates who took the written test and appeared in the interview but could not get selected then FPSC Corrupt Mafia gives you another chance for "bargaining" to get selected . YES, even after FPSC has announced recommendations/nominations for advertised posts, you can still be recommended . Question is HOW??? That is Stage TWO of Corruption in General Recruitment by FPSC which i will describe in another post .
STAGE TWO of CORRUPTION in General Recruitment by FPSC : After the nominations or recommendations for advertised posts have been announced by FPSC, how Corruption is done? Let us see . The technique is same as used in Stage One . In Stage One, result of Written Screening Test is kept hidden and later on, it is manipulated while drawing the Merit List . Here, in Stage Two, Merit List is kept hidden . Merit List is prepared after the interview . This final Merit List reflects the Order of Merit of all qualifying candidates . Now, candidates at the top of Merit List are selected according to available/advertised number of posts . ( The Corruption in Initial nominations/recommendations has been explained in detail in my previous posts regarding Stage One of FPSC Corruption) . What happens next? When one of recommended candidates fails to join the concerned department, then another candidate from the Merit List (next in order), is to be recommended in his place . Here . The act of “ hiding of Merit List ” helps FPSC in recommending low merit candidate . Because This Merit List is never placed on official website of FPSC nor shown to candidates . These nominations are called : “Alternate Nominations” which means that when a candidate initially nominated ( Prinicipal nominee ) fails to join the the deptt, then another candidate is nominated in his place . These are called “ Alternate Nominations” .
I present a simple scenario to explain this process of Corruption in Alternate Nominations . .
“ There are 10 candidates who qualify the interview and make it to final merit list . There are 3 vacancies/posts . Top three candidates of merit list have been nominated/recommended in the initial result . Now , One of the three candidates (initially selected) fails to join . Now, as per merit list, candidate at merit position no . 4 has the right to be nominated but he is unaware of his merit position because he was only served with a regret letter stating that it was not possible for Commission to recommend him . The choice of “Alternate Nomination “ is open for corrupt FPSC staff . They can select their “favourite candidate” from down the merit list ( from merit no . 5 up to Merit no . 10) . !!!!!! “
There is no involvement of COMMISSION in the above process of Alternate Nomination . By COMMISSION, I mean, Chairman and Members of Commission . The whole process of Final Selection in General Recruitment of FPSC is in the hands of CORRUPTION MAFIA based in FS ( Final Selection) Wing of FPSC . Members of Commission award numbers to candidates in the interviews and handover these award sheets to staff . Rest of selection i . e drawing of Merit List , Manipulation of Merit List, alternate nomination, etc . is left up to mercy of corrupt FPSC staff . The whole game is played between Asstt . Dir, Deputy dir, and Dir of Final Selection Wing . Without any regard to FPSC rules and regulations, they play with careers of candidates . They develop their own “ policy “ to bring low merit candidate up for selection . They exploit the name of COMMISSION to fulfill their own corrupt desires .
Summary of Two Stages of Corruption in General Recruitment by FPSC :
STAGE ONE : Corruption in Initial ( Principal ) Nominations ,
Technique : Hiding of Result of Screening Test ( Written )
Corruption Activity : Changing ( Increasing or decreasing ) marks of Written test w . r . t marks of Interview to affect the Order of Merit in order to bring “ favourite “ candidate to the top of list
STAGE TWO : Corruption in Alternate Nominations ,
Technique : Hiding of Merit List
Corruption Activity : Selecting low-merit “favourite” candidate for Alternate Nomination

our system does not need problem solver but it needs English man who can write English wel ...!! I don't think so a candidate who can write the best essay in English language will be a creative bureaucrat ! O FPSC , find a genius bureaucratics ! Not a Angraaz and rutta baaz !!

national Anthem is in Persian language !! office language is English !! National language is Urdu !! One needs master level in regional languages too ...!!! Yaar what a joke .
