Memorizing issue
please seniors help me in preparing
i read one chapter but the very next day i forget all what i read now what should i do as i am unable to memorize one chapter how can i remember the whole course? |

The key to memorizing facts, figures and text is that you must be in a hyper attentive state of mind. Memory erosion usually occurs when the reader is more concerned about external distractions (as to how many pages are remaining, how much time is left) rather than the text under consideration. Please try to initiate a deliberate attempt to pay attention and memorize text.
One cannot memorize all the text of even a single chapter. Therefore, by the next day you must be able to remember the core points mentioned and the overall flow of the chapter. Another technique for increasing the memory retention is that you write down the key points separately and revise them at the end. Written content tends to be remembered more often in comparison to only the verbally read content.
