PMS comparison with fbr bs 16 jobs looks bizarre . Of course, PMS is much much and much better than fbr bs 16 jobs. On Pakistan level both federal and provincial jobs, PMS stands at number 5th after PSP, DMG, PCS, and FSP. (my personal opinion).

I want to change muslim law with some other subject. Please suggest me any subject which is easy to cover.

Go for the subject where you feel comfortable. Every subject is easy to cover, by the way.

Currently working in a leading public sector University as Research Officer BPS-17 now got an offer from another University as Deputy Director BPS-18 but on contract basis. What should I do ?

Don't join if its on contract. Bs 17 job is better.
