How to change domicile?

Assalam o Alaikum..I have been facing a problem since I started applying for jobs..I have domicile of Lakki Marwat but I have been born in Abbottabad and have been living here since then..I dont visit my hometown, nor do I feel comfortable there..Now the problem is that whenever I get an appointment letter for a job, they post me there. I dont have any close family there as most of them have settled in other areas and I dont have any family home there and its really hard to find a suitable accommodation there as its one of the most backward areas of KPK..Alot of my other cousins face the same issues..Also the merit of zone 4 is always very high as compared to zone 5 in which Abbottabad lies..I recently left a job there because even after trying very hard I could not find a suitable accommodation even with basic facilities..Its very very far away from my home so I cant even visit my home on a weekend or holidays..Now I want to change my domicile, please guide me about the procedure..Thanks

I don't think it is possible to change domicile however you can contact your Tehsil Administrator's Office for further guidance

I think you have to surrender your Existing domicile in order to get new. You can contact Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner office Concerned.
