Default Private Bachelors in a single year

If I take bachelors part 1 and 2 in a single year, will I be eligible for CSS? Will it be counted as 14 years of education or 13? Also, where is it written that a candidate has to have 14 years of education to be eligible for CSS? I couldn't find this rule on FPSC's website.

I don't think that you can get one year's bachelor's degree from anywhere in Pakistan. Not only Pakistan, you can't get it from any part of World. And you are not eligible if you have got 13 years of education. 14 years of education is a must as per requirements of FPSC for CSS examinations.

Part 1 and Part 2 of Bcom can be taken togethor privately in the uni of karachi. Where on fpsc's site is it written that 14 years of education is required? Also Wouldnt it be 14 years of education? Cause I am still taking both parts in one year?

No. I don't think it will be considered as 14 years of education.
