Default Should Indian Films be allowed in Pakistan?

These days our film industry has splitted into two group. Some people are supporting the exhibition of Indian films, arguing that this would not only increase the quality of our films but would boost the number of cinema visitors also. On the contrary, other group opposes it for the reason that these films would prove to be a poisonous tool, instilling their culture and civilization in our people. I want all of u to make a hot debate on this.

I would disagree anarkali becuase the exhibition of Indian films would revitalize our film industry and play a vital role in bringing JUTT and Gujjer culture to an end which has earned a ban name for our country across the world.

Guys.there is no doubt that paksitan film industry is declining so fastly becasue of gujar ,dvd factor or the easy acciblity of the indian films. So what shall be done. Before bringign idian movies ,u must see the future of pakistans film industry.Do we have the good screenplay writer ,do we have good producers.Do we hve good tipic and can we bring film industry before our drama industry.I think not but if goverment wants to benifit the cenima owners then surely this is agood chance but do not think that this will help paksitan culture to be flourished or come in the leading line becasue india is strong goegraphically, multiliguly and culturly and there is huge public to be grapped (the public that is pro western and with no indian values but we are paksitani and musluims as well ).therfore ,before launghing thins river we must see each and everything .not only creativity but obligation toward paksitan and more importantly the islamic values.

I am not sure but when the Pakistani Film Industry wont comes out of the Gujjar and Lassi films people would be biased to Indian movies, but yes there Cinema launch should be limited, and not on a wide scale although they get more fame in Pakistan than in India itself.

Cheerio~

Salam to every body
in regarding the question,, i strongly against the launch of indian films in pakistani cinma... because in this way.,, pakistani culture will vanish from pakistan and indian culture will replace it,,
You can possibly , argue that cable culture is also vanishing the pakistani culture,,
u r right,, but if it happens that indian films are launched in pakistani cinema,, then there will b the flood of indian traditions and customs and it will not make us able to recognize our self..,, Because pakistani film industry can not able to compete the indian film industry in next 20 year..

Basically it's the lack of guidance and good director or i shoulda say literate leadership is not here..
JAVED SHAIKH WAS PLAYING JUST THE WILLAN ROLE IN PAKISTANI FILMS JUST THE LACHA AND DHOTI ROLE ,, BUT IN INDIAN FILMS HE IS EARNING FAME AND MONEY

SO FRIEND,, IT IS OBVIOUS THAT WE CAN'T COMPETE THEM AT LEAST IN FILM INDUSTRY,, BUT WE SHOUL NOT ALLOW THEM TO OVERWHELEMED US.
Besides all these most of indian films are against pakistan.. Although some r there in which indian pakistan friendship is appreciated..
but believe indian can never b friends of pakistan.,,
we should see behind the veil, and find what our enemies are planning against,
I M STRONGLY AGAINST INDIAN FILMS AS WELL AS CINEMA CULTURE.

Salam to everyone

Well I will completly disagree with those who oppose the inclusion of Indian Films in our society. My first argument to my viewpoint is the poor quality of our movies and typical JAt culture. What these movies promote is beyond the understanding of a common mind. By permitting Indian movies, a sense of competition will be instilled in our film industry and that may help them to improve the quality of their production and they may get able to compete.
The second argument is the reply to the comment by other members that allowance of Indian movies will have a negative impact on our own culture. I will disagree to this notion as well. Because our culture has already been effected through TV serials of Star Plus and Sony. And our people watch almost every Indian movie in their homes. So, Indian movies has already captured pakistani market. Disallowing Indian movies in Pakistani cinemas will not have any effect on our culture. Its already effected.

Regards

I think there is no need, as such, to publicize the Indian movies in Pakistan in cinemas. Cable is enough and is playing an "efficient" role in detroirating the moral values of our nation.
