Unhappy Coping Examination Fever

After reading past papers & past aspirent experiences.....
A deep pain in my head is started now....
Please gimme a good tip to cope Examination fever?

Offer prayer and start your day with recitation of Holy Quran even for few minutes say for example 5 minutes or 10 minutes as per your convenience. Work out your time table and don’t study in haphazard way.
Once you start working as per schedule you will be removing your stress level by the completion of short term targets like first week’s target or first few topics / chapters target. Accomplishment of these small targets will sooth your current anxiety and stress. You can’t jump to solving complete paper in a single day. It takes time.

Don’t compare your current level with senior aspirants as they have crossed this stage and they have not attained it in few days rather they took ample time to reach this stage.
