For writing imrpovement consult the intermediate version of RAYMOND MURPHY's book ENGLISH GRAMMAR IN USE and for speaking just work on your accent (Either learn phonetics or lisent BBC news to comphrehend the pronounciations). So by this combination with in a considerable time you shall feel improvement.
