Default ATM giving out fake 1000 note - what can i do in this case?
today i withdrew money from local atm machine ( ABL krk branch)
i noticed that one note was fake

i told the wholly story to bank manger but he refused to accept my claim.

can i file a suit against bank?

a question especially for Raz brother and other bankers and economist

what can i do?

Can you prove it that note was drawn from ABL's ATM Machine?

I don't doubt your honesty but law does. Evidence is required to prove your claim.

raz bhai yehi tu masla hai mairy pass 20 note they 1000 waly , jo mai nai atm say niklawae, jab ghar pohacha tu dekha un mai say ak jaili hai

ab mairy pass kia evidence ho sakty hai?

kia atm mechine mae fake note shamal nahi kia ja sakta?
kia atm k tamam notes ka record hota hai?

ye tu app hi bata sakty ho?

any PROOF? NO - case closed.


Inspection team of SBP must hve powers to check currency in ATM machines on complaint. So, if the team found fake note there then bank staff will be behind bars under FIA act n consumers can claim their money back

sir if fake notes were recovered from ATM machine? n who are entitled to check ATM currency apart from bank staff?

ATM Machine ky room main CCTV camera bhi hoti hy lakin note camera ke ankh main nhi pahchana jaega. note ke series bank main darj nhi hote siwaee new notes ky record ky.

mai gunpoint per bank manger say 10,000 niklawa sakta hoo, magar pehly qanooni method maloom hona chahey

raz bhai ka koe tu advantage ho ga na hum ko.

the same case has happened with one of my friend while he was using ATM, he then at the same time went inside the bank and met the manager !!! but he was told that your note NUMBER or(what do they call it) doest not match with the bundle we have put in the machine, my friend couldn't solidified his statement but all he could do was to close his account in HBL.




then one of our friend told us a similar story (BAT SE BAT NIKALTI HA), he said that it had become a routine in xyz bank, they were having lots of queries regarding the same FAKE NOTE issue. after investigation they found that one of the bank employ who used to put note boxes in the machine used to play the game, he was putting a note daily or on alternate day which at the end of the month could triple his salary !!!!!!
