What are the benefits of getting a job after clearing FPSC test (other than CSS) with comparison to other public/private jobs??

Protection of service and job, employment in govt. service, power in case of I.B & F.I.A. Perks and privileges which are sanctioned for all govt. officials. In case of comparison with private sector then most important is security of service, maximum public dealing, exposure and honor enjoyed by govt. officials.
