Salam5 had used forum on Thursday, November 25, 2010.
Still he has medal of moderatorship.
He uses ID when a controversial post is not handled by other mods.

What is the mystery behind this?

To get the status of Moderator, there must be a criteria and set of rules which is headache of Administration. But the quest of yours is itself a mystery.
