Default Dissatisfaction of job

I have observed that majority of people in Pakistan are not satisfied with their jobs. Teacher sochta hai k life tou army walun ki mazay ki hai, jaan azaab hogai teacher ban k.. Bank walay kehte hain job ho to police department main, aish hain unke.......... Police walay kahenge k ye bhi koi job hai, business karte tou acha tha...................... Or ye list hr profession k liae hai...... No one is satisfied with job....... I believe k jab tak hum sincere nahi hotay apnay profession k sath tb tk we can't give our 100% to that department.......... phir jaan churanay wala kaam chalta hai.... Is this one of the causes of failure of our institutions??????????career counselling kis hadd tak is problem ko solve kar sakti hai???????????

Insan by nature imbalance hota hay aur mentally creative.
Woh achy se achy cheez ki khuwaish karta hy na k shukar.
Mein nahi samajta ye institutions ka cause hay agar salary achy hay, guzar safar acha ho raha hy ,one must be thankful to Allah.
Profession ki bat jahan tak hay ,Insan es liye khush nahi hota kyu k uski demands barhti jati hay jo kabi kabi fulfil nahi hoti es liye Insan esa react karta hay.

It is correct that majority of people are not satisfied by there jobs all over the world, but in case of Pakistan it can be said that this percentage is higher. If we examine wrt human psychology, it can be said that human is not satisfied on anything he have, and wants change and also needs progress. Similarly no job is perfect, few have more money but hectic works, few have less money, few have life threats like police etc, few have social appearance and few have isolated working environment, so when a person staying in one kind of job looks towards others, he get attracted by the things he don't have, neglecting the things he currently have. If we talk about Pakistan, as everything is in turmoil, unrest is here everywhere, so people get frustrated with jobs easily too.
Yes career counseling is a good thing. People should be made aware about careers in early ages, and they should join career as per there interests and preferences, like few want to be famous, few needs money, few needs respect etc. So, when a person himself makes decision then there are chances of getting satisfaction somehow. In Pakistan due to lack of counseling and opting career on wishes of parents or elders or the on going trends, when people in mature age realize there preferences, they feel dissatisfied.

Koi bhee kaam jo koi kisi awr ki marzi kay mutabiq kartha hay bore ban jaatha hay, this is man;s nature....liberty p restriction.
Also observe a typical Pakistani mindset of Parrents.
Kid born, Father says he will become an Engineer, Mom says He ll become a Doctor.
After Fsc If he goes to Parents choice Profession then that become boring for him.
If he fails in entry test, he goes for Army/airforce/ navy..if selected well and good if not then BA.Bsc....and then service for earning, yar shadi bhee karni hay, Abu retire honay waly hain, job chaheey koi bhee ho, job kay saath saath study kartha rahunga,

In simple words, there is no career building institutions nor a positive advice, bus Naseeb ki baat hay jo ban gaya so ban gaya, kaam chalta rahay ga.

Shukar karna yeh nahi k insaan mehnat karna chhor day aor yeh sochy k jo mil raha hay bus theek hay. Allah Taala khud Quran-e-Pak main kehta hay k tum jtni mehnat karo gay main utna tumhain doonga. Woh mehnat kar k aagy barhany waly ko pasand karta hay.

Shukar is baat ka karna chahye k Allah nay hamain select kia tamam logon main say, hamain himmat aor taqat di mehnat karny ki. Woh chahta to kisi aor ko bhi day sakta tha. Lekin us nay hamain select kia. Ham main mehnat karny ki aadat daali. Hamain Musalmaan gharany main paida kia, ham hath payoon salamat diye. Aor in cheezon ka soch kar hamara faraz banta hay k ham jo bhi kamayein us main un logo ko na bhoolain jo ghareeb hain.

Isliye apni jaga pay mehnat karna aor phir uss say aagy k liye sochna achi baat hay.

Yeh sochna k woh job achi hay woh nahi yeh theek nahi. Aap jis field main ho us main mehnat kar k creativity laa kar opar tak punch saktay ho. Ya aap ko agar koi aor job achi lagti hay to uss ko achive karnay k liye mehnat karo bajaye batain karnay k.

1. Mehnat
2. Allah pay trust
3. Time Management.

Yeh aisi cheez hain jin say Insaan jahan chahy punch sakta hay.

choosing a career without career counselling(as it happens mostly) and without knowing the field of onez aptitude and interest could very well become the reason of onez relatively low performance in the chosen field and hence can result in a low progression of career growth.

i read somewhere on this forum "choose the field you like and you will not have to work even for one day"

and this dilema is just not restricted to selection of a job but also extends to the selection of study paths selected by the student or perhaps better to say imposed on the students.

before choosing a career(or a group of civil service) we should not only rely on trends or popular demands instead we should undergo a complete scientific or at least some sort of analysis procedure to see if the chosen field is in agreement with our aptitude or not or if we our aptitude is in agreement with the chosen field or not(whatever way you would like or prefer either the first one or the later one)

remember it is useless to cry over spilt milk so better to think hard before taking any action or line of action for your careers(time is of essence and a luxury).because it is very difficult to undo something which has already been done.

all that glitters is not gold but like QURAN this phrase is just read and never understood.a lot of your youth just gives importance to the things appearing on the face of the things and neglect the basic two principles of career development and career safety and often compromises on one in the glittering shine of other.

going in the opposite direction of where you were supposed to go is indeed a misery and misfortune but then again there are also some people on this face of earth who are forcefully diverted into the direction of what they were supposed to do and what they were destined for and verily these are the blessed onez(to me)...

jahan tak sawal hai is baat k kay hum jis bhi halat ya job ma hon hamain ALLAH ka shukar ada karna chahiye to beshak hamain har haal ma ALLAH G ka shukar ada karna chahiye but beware not to mingle this concept with the right of a human being(human being not just a muslim) to progress and excel...shukar ada karo aur behtar sa behtar ki tagodood ma lagey raho..but never be discontended with whatever you have.hope i have delivered what i wanted to.

Answer is, poor government policies!

Whenever law and order situation worsened, most of the private sector employees stuck at roads because they have strict timings from 9 to 5 (extendable till 8 or 9), while government employees can leave early (most of the time)

Private employees get fired if they come late, or failed to achieve target, while in government, there is nothing like that, you will never be fired, and in forces, you are secure, no one will touch you, society, neighbors, everyone would like to keep in touch with you, as someday they might need you.

As far as private jobs are concerned, they enjoy great salaries, someone at the age of 30 is getting 40,000, and other at same age with good qualifications getting 200,000 per month, it depends where and how smartly you are moving, the thing is, you need proper law and order situation and smooth viable government policies so organizations can operate.

Regards,
