This concept state that Allah is eternal. He was present before the creation of universe and He by dint of His desire will remain existing even after the end of whole existing creation. So, it is He who is virtually present, and there is no true existence except of ultimate truth(Allah). Hence the existence of God is the only truth (Haqq), and the concept of a separate created universe is falsehood. Arabic: (Batil).
Wahdat ul shahood...
this concept is in little contradiction of the above one, however few sufis consider both as same in logic but different in precision and interpretation.
This concept Wahdat al-Shuhud (Apparentism, or Unity of Witness), on the other hand, holds that God and His creation are entirely separate. And there is a true existence of creature and universe, which are separate from the Supreme Being(ALLAH).
