Seniors CSPs plz enlist rules and regulations applicable on federal employees other than estacode regarding pay, transfer, posting, deputation, study abroad etc

What is Estacode? It is a collection of Laws, Rules, Policies, Instructions etc regulating the service matters of Civil Servants used as a quick reference for the convenience. Most of the service matters are incorporated in Estacode but for Financial matters you can get Acts, Rules etc from the website of Finance Division.

But I think I was clear enough in my previous post :

rules and regulations applicable on federal employees other than estacode

Perhaps it would be easier for CSPs to comment on
