Default How to avoid boredom and keep ourself motivated?

Guys.

At times I just hate studying like any other thing on face of earth. Ironically I become as fast as a hen. It kills me since I waste much of time in wool gathering and miss my targets I keep on motivating myself but it takes much time.

For example, today I sar before ten sports and witnessed cricket trauma.

How can I change this slipshod attitude so that I must study steedly before exams. This is my last chance

Many of us are suffering from this condition.
But there is no need to get worried.
All you need to do is that tell your mind, "i will study because i want to study"
Don't tell your mind, "i have to study!"
-
Then, make realistic targets.
Start by studying for a specified time and only when you feel like studying.
Give yourself breaks.
-
Don't consider studying a burden.
shok say, mazay say perhen.
All the very best.
